2、 Performance Overview

This machine mainly consists of a frame part, a hopper part, a discharge part, and a feeding part.

The frame is welded from channel steel and the surface is treated with zinc spray for rust prevention.

The hopper and outer panel are welded from stainless steel plates, polished internally, with no hygiene dead corners, and easy to clean.

The discharge part is the main component of this machine, and the size and effect of the meat particles are directly related to this part. The service life of the whole machine is also greatly affected by this.

The function of the feeding part is to feed the material into the discharge screw sleeve and also to crush large pieces of material.

3、 Local features

Designed according to German models, the cutting tools are universal.

The feeding and discharging winches each have two different speeds, and different speed ratios can be used according to different raw materials and requirements to achieve the best cutting effect and output.

The helix arrangement of the auger is reasonable, resulting in a high yield of cut particles, and the cutting has a jog reversal function.

The machine has a quick release handle at the rear, making it easy and fast to disassemble and install the winch.

4、 Scope of application

This machine is suitable for processing frozen meat, fresh meat, and block vegetables below -18 ℃. The particle size can be achieved by changing the orifice plate, and can also be equipped with tendon removal tools to separate the fascia from the meat particles, meeting customer needs in multiple ways. It is one of the commonly used equipment in meat food manufacturers.
